Marina Elyse is young, local creative based in the Portland Metro area.
She recently moved out to the PNW from San Diego, CA, where she was born and raised. Marina has been a student of photography from a very young age, but in more recent years has dabbled in the analog world, exclusively. She feels that 35mm film forces her to slow down and create photos from a place of intention. Over the last few years she has found her work more fulfilling and steadily picking up the speed. She is always open to working with new creatives, she finds the most fulfillment in her work when she is able to collaborate with other humans! Since moving out to the PNW, she has found a joy in creating physical pieces of art ranging from one-of-one skateboard decks and up-cycled frames holding her work.
Marina is currently working in the local production industry around the Portland area, building her resume by assisting stylists and production teams. She is also very hopeful to continue building relationships with brands and creating more 35mm film concepts in the coming years. She would like to continue allow space to explore in all creative avenues that feel the most authentic in the moment.
